Salary: £26,000 – £37,440 per year

The opportunity has arisen for workers to join an estate management company.The position includes tractor and machine operative, estate worker,whilst the overall company seeks to cover a number of estates it predominantly services at one main Weatherby based client.The job roll includes, farming 1600 acres, servicing to 70 acres of formal gardens,general estate work to 2000 acres provision of public events, management of the estates anearobic generating plant. oppertunities exist in all areas depending on the candidates training and desire to develop.Qualifications and certificates of competence in the use of land based equipment will be a advantage, training will be provided. Clean driving licence is required.an excellent salary will be provided negotiable on application depending on experience and increased for the successful candidate as they develop, hours are flexible, overtime is available but not compulsary.
