Delivery Driver – 2 Man

With the continued expansion of the Venian 2 man business, we are now looking to contract 4 more experienced teams to operate on our unique 2 man “white glove” delivery service.

We appreciate our customers expect the best delivery experience available and therefore we have designed a service that puts the customer’s delivery expectations first. The service we provide is based on the confidence we have in the training of all our “point of contact” teams.

All our teams are operational from designated hubs in the UK and cover bands of the country from these hub locations i.e. the Yorkshire hub would coordinate and deliver East to West along the M62 corridor, as far North as Middlesbrough and South to Nottingham.

Following a 2 day training course all our operational teams are assigned a different route on a daily basis consisting of approximately 16 deliveries. Once on the road our delivery teams contact the customer and allocate a suitable 4 hour delivery window. They then deliver the product to the correct location/address within the delivery window, unpack and clean the item. With prior agreement we can also install the items and remove the old product for disposal or recycling.

Key Skills and Experience
• Previous delivery experience essential
• Previous experience of 2 Man Delivery – Preferred
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Route planning and navigation skills
• Full UK driving license (maximum 6 points)
