Dutypoint produces, sells and distributes pump systems primarily to the construction sector for the provision of solutions such as hot and cold water, water pressure booster sets, waste water management systems and fire safety sprinkler systems.

We are an innovative and dynamic company with new products and improved versions of existing products being launched each year as well as ambitious growth plans for the future.

One of the Dutypoint group divisions, Flowtech Water Solutions, is currently looking for an After Sales Service Administrator to join their team in Wigan. Flowtech are a water services and water booster specialist, working nationally with local councils, design engineers, mechanical contractors and end users.

A personable and confident individual with good people skills who enjoys being kept busy is sought after. Strong communication and organisational skills are required and you must have the ability to keep calm and work well under pressure at times.

As a committed and dedicated member of the team, you will play a key role in helping to maintain high standards and deliver an excellent level of service to customers. Full training will be provided.


Hours of Work: 
Monday – Friday, 8:30am to 5pm (30 minute lunch break; 15 minute morning break; 15 minute afternoon break).


Role & Responsibilities

  • To administer and assist the Aftercare Support Team in order to meet the objectives of the organisation, ensuring the highest standards of after sales service are delivered constantly to our customers.
  • Dealing with correspondence, customer enquiries, quotations, orders and informational requests.
  • Logging and acknowledging new work.
  • Producing quotations
  • Following up quotations
  • Arranging site visits for Engineers to commission, service and maintain water pressure booster sets, pressurisation units and associated equipment.
  • Liaise with engineers and manage their diarieis.
  • Producing Analysis of warranty work and chargeable quotations
  • Assisting with customer enquiries
  • Assisting with Maintenance Agreements
  • Assisting with Risk and Method Statements
  • Copying and producing documentation
  • General office duties
  • On the job training will be provided.
