After Sales Manager

Salary: £42,000 – £50,400 per year

After Sales Manager – Alton

This role is working Monday to Friday from 7:30am – 5pm.

*A driving licence and access to your own transport are essential for this role**

Main Purpose of the Role

Ensuring the delivery of efficiency within the Aftersales Department. Responsible for all key aspects within the team through supporting the Onsite Team including Engineers and the Refurb & Parts Administration. Ensuring a well-executed customer experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the overall revenue in the aftersales department.

2. Supporting on questions regarding products and parts both with Customers & Onsite Engineers

3. Oversee and support the Aftersales Administrators for all refurbs and parts.

4. Oversee and support the Onsite Coordinator for the effective workload of the Onsite Engineers.

5. Recognise and capitalise on opportunities for extra works while carrying out the refurbishment work whilst maintaining a good customer relationship.

6. Ensure that all equipment that Conquip sell which is covered by LOLER is captured on the system to call the customer when the LOLER certificate needs renewal; not only at 6months old but for its life cycle.

7. Ensure all customer contact is logged on the CRM system.

8. Manage the team to deliver to targets for invoiced revenue.

9. Sorting and managing down all invoice queries & questions relating to Aftersales

10. Support the sales team in setting up National & Regional deals

11. Demonstrate Conquip’s commitment to our customers and equipment by good quality after sales care.
