Affiliate Marketing Manager (Dutch) – International Online Gaming Company – Guernsey preference or London

Salary package is £33,600 – £54,000 plus bonus scheme and benefits

SRGEurope have been appointed to recruit an Affiliate Marketing Manager (Dutch) for one of Europe´s best known iGaming business. The successful Affiliate Marketing Manager (Dutch) will join a world leading Online Gaming business ideally in their Guernsey office or their London office.

The main focus of the Affiliate Marketing Manager (Dutch) will be with their gaming products of Casino and Sports and will involve identifying potential new affiliate partners, promoting their industry leading affiliate program to them, and effectively managing the on-going relationship with existing partners.

Affiliate Marketing Manager (Dutch) – Key Accountabilities:

Developing and pro-actively managing a portfolio of client affiliate marketing programs ensuring you have in-depth understanding of the financial value of your portfolio
Acquisition, retention and activation of new affiliates and partnerships
Negotiating and reviewing commercial agreements with all partners
Identifying new client opportunities
Analysis of campaigns, reporting ROI results & devising strategies to move forward
Monitoring and analysing results of all campaigns, including weekly and monthly KPI reports – Conversion rates optimisation
Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular contact which will include face to face meetings, telephone and email communication
Proactively managing your online marketing budget
Developing and maintaining market leading industry knowledge of affiliate marketing to assist with delivering a top level service
Working with numerical data presented in a variety of reports and spread sheets
Solid experience within Account Management, Digital marketing or Affiliate Marketing (Essential)
Fluent in Dutch and English – both written and spoken (Essential) Affiliate Marketing Manager (Dutch) – Ideal Candidate Specification:

Self-motivated, target driven, energetic individual
Strong negotiation, analytical skills and highly numerate
Effective and well developed communication skills are a pre-requisite for the role both written and verbal
Excellent decision making ability with the ability to think “outside the box”
