Please note the location of this job is near Gatwick Airport, Aprrox. 30 minutes train journey from Brigton or Hove Station

Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 depending on experience

As an Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the affiliate programmes and direct partnerships for the company’s websites to maximise traffic, sales and ROI.

Working hand-in-hand with the affiliate network, you’ll manage the client’s programmes and ensure maximum engagement with affiliates. Growing and optimising existing partnerships, you’ll secure the best affiliate site placements to ensure the best possible exposure.

Additionally, working with a variety of departments across the business, you’ll ensure that the brand identity and associated trading strategies are consistent throughout the entire business.

Other duties will include:

• Identifying, recruiting and managing implementation of new partners to the programme
• Overseeing affiliate tools such as product inventories, and banner creative
• Creating regular sales reports and analysing the results

To be considered for this role, you must have extensive experience of digital marketing, specialising in affiliate marketing. Equally important are your excellent communication skills and analytical approach.

As an Affiliate Marketing Manager, you must possess an innovative, entrepreneurial approach, a strong commercial focus and excellent organisation skills. Ambitious and determined, you must also have a team player mentality and the ability to work on your own initiative.

Fluency in another language, in addition to English, would be beneficial to your application, as would experience gained in the travel industry.
