Affiliate Marketing Manager
Location – Hereford (Partially remote – 2 days within the office and 3 days from home)
Salary – Competitive (dependent on experience)
Elephant Stone Recruitment is delighted to be able to offer this exciting Affiliate Marketing Manager role for our fast growing client based in Herefordshire.
The Affiliate Marketing Manager will report to the Head of Acquisition and will take responsibility for the Affiliate Marketing strategy which will deliver growth in new customers as well as retaining existing customers. Other key elements of this role will be to drive forward key loyalty, shopping comparison and cashback programs along with the acquisition of new affiliate partners.
Key responsibilities of the Affiliate Marketing Manager includes:
* Management of partner relationships along side growing new affiliate channels
* Take charge and establish new affiliate relationships within the new international markets
* Strategic planning and partner growth
* Relationship management with affiliate partners
* Monitoring of validations and cancellations
* Plan promotions calendar
* Preparation of channel reports
* Monitoring of competitor affiliate activity
* Creation of weekly newsletter
* Manage influencer activity across Instagram
It is Essential that the successful Affiliate Manager has the following skills and experience:
* Good knowledge of Affiliate Marketing and previous experience within a Marketing role
* Able to communicate across all levels of a business
* Able to act assertively and challenge established ways of working to implement change
* Proactive and ability to use initiative
* A good understanding of Ecommerce and a good understanding of digital marketing techniques
* Educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant Marketing or business discipline.
