Aerospace Operations
We are currently recruiting for an Aerospace Operations position based near Manchester Airport. This is a full time role working Monday – Friday working flexible hours between 09:00 – 19:00 and the salary is £30,240per annum.
General duties include:
-Taking bookings from customers by telephone and email
-Communication with overseas Offices / agents and airlines -Arranging collection and deliveries of goods -Establish routing and rating via Air, road and courier -Updating customers with the status of shipments -Sending pre-alerts and flight details to customers and overseas office / agent -Entering Shipment data
-Process customs entries for Air export and import -Processing airline documents such as MAWB, HAWB, manifests & Labels
-Entering shipment data in to the courier system, producing labels and arranging collection -Confirming rates with suppliers and job costing
-Filing -Problem solving, dealing with enquiries and all aspects of customer service.
