OVERVIEW
Our client is a leading, “Good” rated training organisation who works across the East Midlands region (Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire). As an organisation they offer a wide range of Training courses including Apprenticeships and Traineeships.
Due to ongoing expansion, they have an exciting new vacancy for an AEB Contract Manager to join their team in Nottingham.
The AEB Contract Manager will successfully manage AEB contracts, ensuring that profile volumes and values are met and funding requirements are adhered to. They will challenge all practices and procedures within own role and throughout the organisation and to contribute to and ensure continuous quality improvement.
THE ROLE
* Contract management of direct AEB contract including Employability, and Skills for Life via Sector-based Work Academy Programmes
* Develop financially viable delivery models which meet customer needs, comply with funding rules and link to other funded programmes.
* Engage with employers to identify employment opportunities and internal training needs to meet contract targets
* Ensureg sufficient supply of unemployed/NEET/low earning eligible learners needing to engage on learning programmes.
* Co-ordinate all IQA processes including planning sampling observation of assessment practice, standardisation / team meetings.
* Contract management including liaison with the ESFA to ensure volume and value targets are being met.
* Liaison with internal partners to utilise resource for learner/employer engagement and delivery.
* Work with external partners including Housing associations and JCP to develop referrals for programmes and plan and deliver suitable programmes for their customers.
* Recruitment and management of staff necessary to fulfil contract profiles.
* Conduct ones to ones, quarterly objective reviews and annual appraisals
CANDIDATE PROFILE
* A proven track record of contract management
* Experience of developing financially viable delivery models
* Determination and drive to achieve company targets
* Self-motivated and ability to manage own workload
* Good communicational skills
* Excellent IT skills (conversant with Microsoft Office).
* A minimum of grade 4 Mathematics and English or Level 2 Functional Skills
* Driving licence and own transport
* Experience of working with Housing associations and JCP (Desirable).
* An IQA award (Desirable)
