Administrator Southampton Area Full time, permanent Approximately £26,000 per year

Are you a proactive ‘can do’ Administrator looking for your next step in a role that offers you a challenge, sense of purpose, and the chance to make a real difference?

We are looking for a full time Administrator to join our busy team in Southampton on a permanent basis. In the first instance you will be based in our Ashurst office, however we will be moving offices shortly so a driving licence is essential to the role.

You will possess a sound knowledge of effective administrative systems and processes and be able to communicate effectively and sensitively at all levels.

You will be required to work as part of a team and also autonomously and maintain confidentiality at all times. You will also be involved in minute taking as part of the role, so will have exceptional attention to detail, and your organisation skills will be second to none.

You will need to be able to work under pressure and handle changing priorities.

A suitable qualification in Business Administration or equivalent is required and you will need to be competent in a wide range of MS office packages, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook. One years’ general office experience is also required.
