We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to support our Consultant teams in Liverpool – at The Plaza on Old Hall Street (L3 9QJ) Liverpool City Centre ( 2 minutes from Moorfields station) and also our Warrington team based at Dallam Court, Dallam Lane in Warrington (WA2 7LT). The Administrator role can be based at either office – so applicants are welcome from both the Liverpool and Warrington area – but for applicants looking to be based in our Liverpool office there will be the requirement to work in Warrington 2 days a month.

Joining a friendly, vibrant and supportive team you will enjoy a varied role with your duties mainly including:

– Answering the telephone and taking messages
– Re-formatting candidate CVs to our standard company format in MS Word
– Updating Candidate records
– Assisting in the production of mail shots and marketing material
– Scanning and filing
– Maintaining and developing our database of client records

Whilst applicants who have ideally have already worked in a similar role for a recruitment agency will be of particular interest, we are keen to hear from good administrators who have the necessary transferable skills. Good communication skills, sound work ethics, self motivation and the ability to prioritise and multi task are all key criteria we are looking for as well as good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.

Salary to £15,000. Hours: Monday – Thursday 09.00 – 17.30 and then 0900 – 1700 on Fridays. Benefits include 25 days holiday per annum, Child Care Voucher scheme, Life Assurance, Healthcare after qualifying period and a pleasant modern working environment.
