We are looking for a candidate who has experience providing administration support for a lovely company based in Harlow. The ideal candidate will have extremely strong organisational skills, can prioritise and support the Head of Nutrition.

Duties will include;

  • Maintaining, monitoring and creating various databases and filing systems
  • Preparing reports, correspondence and other documentation as required
  • Oversee the continual adherence of existing products to authorized specifications in a variety of areas
  • Coordinate Sensory testing sessions for new and existing products
  • Research on current products and competitor analysis

Essential Experience

  • A high level of computer literacy with a decent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Have the ability to prioritise a variety of tasks
  • Be proactive
  • Enthusiasm to learn new skills and work cross-functionally within a diverse range of departments across the business

The role is extremely varied and will need someone who is happy to work in a number of different areas and support the manager across a multitude of areas. Attention to detail is vital.
