Consulting engineers Patrick Parsons are looking for a motivated Administrator to work within their busy city centre office.
Duties will include:
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- Answering the telephone, distribution of phone calls and accurate message taking
- Reception duties (meet and greet visitors, arrange refreshments etc.)
- General filing and admin duties (e.g. scanning and photocopying)
- Provide administrative support to the engineers (e.g. producing letters and reports)
Person Specification:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise your workload
- Ability to work well with people at all levels
- Flexible and adaptable
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent numeracy and IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook required
- A professional telephone manner
- Well presented
- Previous experience within an Administrative function is preferred
- The successful candidate will be educated to GCSE standard or equivalent
This is a permanent position.
Hours of work are 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
