We have a new and exciting opportunity for our growing client in Basildon for an Administrator.
The role is extremley varied and busy. Duties will include:
Answering the phone,
Dealing with clients
Electronic Filing
Dealing with Order Confirmations
Following up calls
Meeting and Greeting Visitors
Liaising with shipping agents
Managing company vehicles
Use of Sage Line 50
Processing Sales Orders/Invoicing Using the ACT Database
Dealing with reactive calls
You must be able to multi-taslk and work on your own initiative. Working to tight deadlines and under pressure. Ideally you will be currently working or recently worked in a similar role.
