An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant to join an internationally renowned Construction Company based in central London on a temporary to permanent basis. This is an ideal position for a polished and professional Administrator who is looking to work within a fast paced environment.
The ideal candidate for this support role will have good IT skills, outstanding communication skills and a positive and flexible approach to all tasks.
Administration Assistant duties:

Supporting the project team with all administration needs

Formatting Excel documents and managing spreadsheets

Handling all incoming telephone calls / email correspondence

Cover reception when necessary

Typing letters, project reports, etc.
Administration Assistant Skills and Experience:

Strong Microsoft Office skills – especially Microsoft Excel

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

A professional and proactive approach
- Able to prioritise effectively
- High attention to detail
