Admin Assistant (Legal Contentious Probate)

Salary: £26,000 per year

This award-winning full-service law firm, which has won “Sunday times best companies to work for”in lovely offices in Manchester City Centre are seeking an experienced Legal Administrator for their Contentious Probate team that sits within their Commercial Litigation team.

This well-known national firm are seeking someone to support their Contentious probate team which sits within the wider Commercial Litigation Team.

* Contesting Validity of Wills

* Inheritance Act Disputes (Left Out of a Will)

* Will Rectification and Lost or Destroyed Wills

* Promise Not Honoured in a Will

* Protecting Charitable Legacies

* Executor or Trustee Disputes

* Attorney or Deputy Investigations

* Claims on estates where there is no will.

You will report into the team secretary and your role will involve admin tasks including (but not limited to): –

* File openings – engagement letters and disclosure letters

* Preparing CFA/DFA documentation

* Raising bills and covering letters

* Copying, scanning, bundling as needed.

To apply you must have: –

* To apply you will need to be able to demonstrate attention to detail, excellent customer service skills and good time management.

* Ideally you will have some admin experience within a law firm.

* Please note: this role would not suite a Law Graduate who wants to get into a fully qualified legal role as this role is purely administration
