Our client is a long established construction and facilities business working in the commercial and industrial sectors.
This is an excellent opportunity to work for a company whose continue to expand and a business that pride themselves on excellent customer service and the ability to work on complex projects, surveys and assignments.
They are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate a good track record with excellent organisational and communication skills along and administration experience.
This is a varied administration role which requires flexibility to work with whoever requires support around the office.
You will need to be computer literate and have good experience with Microsoft office and Excel.
Ideally you will have a fantastic level of numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail along with problem solving skills.
Applicants must possess a professional, courteous and polite telephone manner.
Duties include
Liaising with all departments in a professional and friendly manner
Answering the telephone and greeting visitors Ad-hoc admin duties as assigned by the Head of Unit or Manager
Preparation of letters, documents and managing mail
Telephone / Client liaison
Setting up paperwork and updating the client database.
This is a full time permanent position for the right candidate with the opportunity to start as quickly as possible.
