AD-Hoc Reception Cover

Gi Group are currently looking for a temporary receptionist on behalf of our client based in Doncaster.

You will be required to provide reception cover between 29th March & 1st April. And then potentially on an ad-hoc basis thereafter

Ideally the right Candidate should:-

Have experience in a similar role.
Have strong customer service skills both over the telephone and face to face.
Be highly organised and with a professional manner.The duties will involve:-

Meeting & Greeting visitors
Answering phones and directing to the appropriate contact.
Being first point of contact for any inbound calls.
