Acquisition & Social Media Marketing Manager

Elevation Marketing are currently recruiting an Acquisition & Social Media Marketing Manager to join a successful franchised business services organisation in West Yorkshire.

Based in the Bradford area, and reporting directly to the Marketing Director the role holder will provide marketing activity across all appropriate channels.

Main duties of the role to include:

* Working with the senior marketing team to help develop marketing plans and strategies with an objective of maximising effective recruitment across the business
* You will implement social media campaigns that will deliver measurable results, across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and other platforms
* You will develop on- and offline platforms, to increase vacancy response rates
* Measure and report results according to an agreed set of KPIs
* Support other Marketing activity as required

Elevation Marketing would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:

* Ideally educated to degree level
* Experience of working in a dynamic marketing environment
* Experience of new business marketing, acquisition or recruitment marketing
* Good understanding of social media and an array of digital and marketing platforms
* Excellent organisational, attention to detail and written/verbal communication skills
* Professional, self-motivated and enthusiastic with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
