Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join an established and reputable organisation in Carlisle. Managing a small team of Sales Ledgers and Credit controllers, the successful candidate will have responsibility for the smooth running of the Accounts Receivable function within this organisation.

Responsibilities:
– Manage a small team of credit controllers
– Set cash collection targets
– Prepare reports on credit and debtor list
– Analysis of collection actual vs target
– Aged debt analysis
– Chasing outstanding payments of national accounts

Person specification:
– Proven track record within sales ledger, credit control: chasing outstanding cash, reconciliation of ledger, and preparation of debtor reports
– Previous experience of supervising a team: candidates who currently step up for their line manager would be considered
– Excel to an intermediate level: including pivot tables and basic formula
– Tenacious: with the ability to chase customers, and be tough with own internal colleagues
