Do you have an interest in working in a busy and efficient environment in a Countryside location with a friendly team? Our partners, a multi-national construction and facilities management business are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant with specific knowledge of Purchase Ledger to take on an initial six-month contract in their UK Shared Service Centre.
This is a fast moving role that requires the swift processing of Supplier invoices, checking for errors and assisting with generating the aged Creditor report so that settlement is not delayed unnecessarily and that favourable terms are therefore maintained. You’ll need to be able to work quickly, have good data-entry skills and be experienced at working in an Accounts role where you will have had contact with suppliers and with managers.
This will be a 6 month fixed term contract, although due to their large size and their growth plans it is likely that other opportunities may arise within the business for the right candidate.
