An experienced Office Assistant is required to work on a part time basis with our client.
Suitable candidates must have good initiative and be able to work unsupervised. Good communication and writing skills, excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office packages). Knowledge of QuickBooks is an advantage but not essential. Must have minimum of 1 year admin experience.
Role involves;
Maintaining/updating customer accounts system and other files/records as directed.
Maintain office filing system including paper files/file cabinets, shared electronic files.
Scan documents and prepare for electronic filing. Assist in recruitment.
Screen calls, take messages, respond to inquiries and requests for information as directed.
