Accounts Payable and Billing Manager 40k Advertising Agency

A Global Advertising Agency seeks a confident and assertive individual with strong experience in Media Payables or Receivables.

You will be working alongside the Finance director but would have regular liaison with the connected shared service. This is a permanent position with the option of part time if preferred.

The Role:

• Building and continuing strong relationships with the connected shared service to ensure the smooth running of the payables and billing process
• Raising of draft bill runs and chasing up to ensure the collation of the bill runs
• Assisting with all billing enquiries
• Communication of any client changes via the FD as required
• Monitor PO tracker and flag overspends to business directors
• DDS training for new starters, whilst maintaining close relationships with MediaOcean
• Monthly analysis of unbilled, late bookings and aged debtor versus quarterly targets

The Person:

• Proactive, assertive and managerial in approach
• Outgoing and Positive attitude towards all tasks undertaken
• A solid understanding of the Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable process is essential
• Experience using DDS is a must
