Accounts Payable

Salary: £31,800 – £33,000 per year

Working for a well-established Dorking based manufacturer of industrial equipment their accounts department are actively looking to recruit an Accounts Payable professional to join the Company’s Finance Team on a 3 month FTC – the possibility of being extended is quite likely.

As Accounts Payable, you will provide a professional and efficient service and will have a methodical approach to matching and coding invoices, preparing and running BACS payments, reconciling supplier statements and have a basic understanding of VAT payments. Having proven work experience in Accounts Payable, you will essentially be versed in: –

* Processing a high volume of supplier invoices

* Posting and allocating invoices to purchase ledger

* Liaising with suppliers and resolving queries

* Ensuring invoices are up to date and correctly coded

* Using MS Office software packages and email

* Using SAP or similar software financial packages which is seen as essential requirement thou the Company readily invests in the training and ongoing development of their staff

For this role the ideal candidate will: –

* Readily work to set timescales and deadlines

* Readily communicate via email or telephone

Working Monday to Friday between 8.30am to 5:00pm, the position in Accounts Payable will pay £31,800 – £33,000per annum pro rate and include and excellent benefits package.
