My client are a market leading organisation working within the technology industry. They have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team on a maternity cover contract.
The Job:
*Sales and Purchase Ledger
*Credit Control – Highly deadline driven
*Supplier Payments and Payment runs
*Matching, batching and coding invoices
*Customer invoicing
*Coding and authorising supplier invoices
*Checking, authorising and processing expenses
*Bank reconciliation – multi currency
*VAT
*Stock control – logging, tracking and allocating
*Management reporting
Desirable candidate:
*Minimum of 3 years experience in similar role
*Strong communication skills, influencing and relationship building skills
*Proficient user of MS Office
*Experience of Sage beneficial
*Proactive approach to Credit Control
*Able to work to tight deadlines
*Self motivated
*Car owner is a must!
