Working hours: Monday – Friday, 08.30 – 17.30
Overview
Flashbay is the World’s number 1 business to business supplier of logo branded USB Flash Drives and USB Cards. We are a fast-growing company with a strong manufacturing and assembly base in Fuyong, Shenzhen, China and global sales offices in London; UK, Mountain View; California and Sydney; Australia.
The role is based in our London office and will report directly into the Financial Manager. The role will incorporate a broad range of duties and offer scope for both career and skill development.
Primary Duties
• Process invoices, reconciling delivery notes to invoices received and purchase orders
• Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
• Assist in the preparation of purchase summaries
• Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details within the purchase ledger
• Preparation of VAT Returns
• Management of Petty Cash
• Process and record business expense returns
• Processing BACS and other bank payments for final authorisation
• Processing international bank transfers between Flashbay foreign currency accounts
• Assist with resolution of Customer queries
• Assist in the preparation and input of the payroll including commission and deductions
• Preparing payroll statutory returns
• Other adhoc tasks and project work
Skills / Knowledge / Experience:
• A self starter with previous experience supporting an Accounts department at Assistant/Administrative level
• Experience in managing an ERP system would be a distinct advantage
• Fluency in Mandarin, although not essential
• Experience of preparing VAT returns a bonus
