My client is seeking an Accounts Assistant with Sage50 knowledge for their Surrey Based UK head office to start ASAP. This role will provide critical support to a changing Finance team.
Initially, a 3 to 6 month fixed term position but with the possibility of a permanent role.
A fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to work 4 days per week in a friendly, fast paced office environment.
As part of this expanding business, the successful Accounts Assistant’s duties will include: –
- Closing down the month
- Processing invoices and correctly inputting into Sage
- Currency Conversions
- Assisting with checking and consolidation of quarterly accounts
- Running reports and analysis
- Assisting with year end
- Turn their hand to tasks when needed
The successful candidate will need to have experience of working in accounts, including accounts payable, expenses, reconciliations and query resolution. It is essential that you have Sage50 experience and experience in payroll.
They must be able to take on new tasks with ease, have a flexible work approach and be happy as part of a small team.
Training can be given but Sage is essential.
