I am currently recruiting for an Accounts & Admin Assistant for my client in Braintree.

Reporting to the Finance & Admin Manager, duties include:
Data Entry on to Sage Line 50
Nominal coding of supplier invoices
Matching supplier stock invoices to delivery notes
Checking material prices to agreed purchase order pricing
Batch posting of sales and purchase invoices on to the system
Posting and reconciliation of supplier payments
Ad-hoc analysis work as required
Collating and issuing customer statements
General filing of paperwork
Answering the phone and other related Reception duties (as required).
Other administration and/or office duties, as required
Assist with facility management
Data entry on to the customer and sales database (Microsoft Access)
Sales order inputting
Customer data updates and administration
Dealing with customer queries and order scheduling
Warranty returns administration
Sending order acknowledgements to customers

This is a very varied role and will suit someone with the skills and experience to multi-task, effectively organise a busy workload and prioritise tasks.

Monday to Friday, 38 hour week, finishing at 4pm every Friday.
20 days holiday rising to 25 with service
