Job Title: 1st Line Service Desk Analyst

Salary: to £25,000 + Benefits

TRC has teamed up with a well-known Professional Services provider based in Newcastle Upon Tyne that are currently looking for a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst to join its growing IT Team!

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Work as a key team member within the groups IT helpdesk to assist with any queries
  • Setting up new starters and processing leavers
  • Assist with any ongoing IT issues in person or over the phone
  • Assist with 2nd line when needed
  • Any other IT admin/ad hoc duties when required

What you’ll need:

  • Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure and 1 year + experience within a similar role
  • Working knowledge of O365, Windows 10, AD, Networking etc.
  • Positive attitude with a drive to progress within the team
