Client Accounting Manager – Chartered Accountancy Firm – Our client, an expanding entrepreneurial Chartered Accountancy practice in Reading, is seeking to recruit an ambitious qualified accountant with a strong grounding in client accounting, tax and client development, as they are currently undertaking a significant growth initiative.

This is a unique opportunity to join a top-rated employer and play a key role in the development of this new regional office, involving recruitment & management of a team of 4 and taking ownership of accounts preparation for a wide range of clients, as well developing a new client network by building relationships and converting strong leads into new business through exceptional service.

The ideal candidate will be a proven chartered accountant with some experience of people management, with the personality, drive and ambition to deliver the most outstanding service to clients. Naturally you’ll need to be confident and passionate about they way you deliver for your clients, inspiring and driving the team to consistently deliver high quality results.
