Accountant – Financial / Management

Our client is a large listed business with a worldwide turnover of around £17 billion. This acquisitive and growing business is currently looking to source an individual for a succession planning role as part of its large progressive UK team. This opportunity will be based in a divisional office but there are significant opportunities for ambitious individuals to progress across the group

This accountant opportunity will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of both management and financial accounting to a growing business unit. Key deliverable’s will include:

– Providing monthly management and financial reporting
– Reconciliation of Control Accounts and Balance Sheets
– Assisting with monthly, quarterly and year end forecasts / reports
– Assisting with the Production, monitoring and investigating/advising in relation to budgets and forecasts.
– Assisting with VAT, PSA, TAX and statutory returns
– Prepare and submit weekly / monthly cash flow reports.

The ideal individual will be an ambitious final level / newly qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a strong working history to date.
