Are you looking for an opportunity to work with multiple industry awards winning business where progression and success is key? – If so, this role maybe for you! This team is responsible for contacting existing customers and offering upgrades / additional products. You will be responsible for ensuring repeat business over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships, promoting specific products. The aim is to secure any upgrades and any additional products the customer requires.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Contact existing customers to offer products on finance as part of their contract
• Proactively following up leads and ensure that targets and KPI’s are met
• Answer questions about products or the company
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner
• Strive to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Skills & Abilities
- Ability to work accurately under pressure & within strict deadlines.
- Perseverance and self-motivation to take the sales process from start to finish
- Customer focused with an excellent telephone manner.
- Confident talking to customers over the phone
- Excellent communication skills
- Adaptable to change
- Experience Sales experience within a professional B2B environment
- Used to working towards sales targets and agreed KPI’s
Knowledge /Qualifications
- Computer literate
- Confident working closely to a script

Working Hours
Monday – Thursday 08:45 – 17:30
Friday 08:45 – 16:15
Salary
£24,000 – £27,600
Realistic first year OTE £36,000 – £42,000 Uncapped
