This global organisation enjoying huge UK success is looking for a dynamic enthusiastic individual with account managment experience. You will manage around 60 accounts and will ensure client retention and development by improving the client experience and developing strong relationships.
- Take on a number of accounts and build relationships with key contacts
- ensure improved client experience and account retention
- investigate growth potential by remaining aware of company strategy, and M&A acvity and identifying opportunities to extend existing services or sell in new services and solutions
- liaise with new business teams to develop opportunities uncovered
- manage SLAs and KPIs, reporting on to stakeholders and overseeing issue resolution and service improvement
You will need prior account management experience, ideally within a technology, software or BPO environment or payroll services, strong service ethic, and business development skills. Any knowledge of outsourcing of payroll and HR technology and service a plus.
