Our client ideally seeks candidates who perform best in client facing roles, where they work in a consultative and understanding way. The PPC/Biddable Account Manager will also need to show that they have past experience of developing social media campaigns and have sound technical knowledge around social media technology.
Daily Responsibilities
• Work with clients to understand their marketing strategy and implement technology according to their needs
• To conduct monthly/quarterly client reviews to ensure clients get maximum value from the social media management platform
• Full campaign management, optimisation-reporting and analysis
• To train, mentor and advise clients and new users on the social media platform
• Report and monitor KPI within your chosen accounts
Key Skills
• Previous experience gained in a client services or technical project management role
• Experience of executing paid social/biddable or PPC campaign implementation
• The desire and ability to train and mentor within a 1-2-1 or group environment
• Flexibility to travel internationally to client and company sites
• Experience of ad serving technologies
• Ability to understand clients specific marketing goals and an understanding of online metrics
