Account Manager – Shop

Job title: Account Manager

Location: Redditch

Salary: £42,000 – £48,000 plus laptop, mobile and cash allowance

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm

My client has an exciting opportunity for a Shop Account Manager at our Redditch office.

Day to Day duties will include the following:

* To manage the smooth delivery of projects from brief to delivery from a number of existing clients and future new clients.

* Excellent client facing skills required ensuring that Understanding and consolidating client feedback and ensuring it is delivered internally and formally via email/written reports.

* Managing client expectations at all times with issues tackled in advance and problems foreseen and resolved as required.

* Contribution to the strategic development of all projects and demonstrating a full understanding of the brief, requirements and deliverables.

* Commercial management of projects including design, development, manufacture & distribution/installation.

* Working with the project manager and suppliers.

* Responsible for accurate sales forecasting, client quotes and margin management.

* Play an active role in business development for new business and farming initiatives wherever appropriate.

* Maintain a good understanding of the clients’ business and any major trends shaping the market.

* Excellence of Account management skills – working to deadlines and within the agreed budgets/fee allocation.

As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

* A minimum of 3 years account management of multiple accounts, concept design and semi-permanent and permanent material projects.

* Logical, organised, and with a good eye for detail.

* Must be able to work on your own initiative with tenacity.

* Team oriented.
