Description

Partnered with the Premier Account Management Team, the Account Manager will maximise opportunities to develop, grow and increase the volume of business transacted across allocated accounts. Through the deployment of enhanced serviced apartment programmes, the Account Manager will implement strategic efficiencies and provide routine development plans to deliver positive ROI to key accounts.

  • Retain existing business levels, identify opportunities and proactively develop allocated accounts.
  • Produce and maintain Account Development Plans for all targeted accounts detailing activity to grow revenue potential.
  • Mitigate the single point of failure ensuring strong relationship are developed at multiple points of contacts within Key Account base.
  • Monitor industries, markets and organisations for new indications, products, devices and corporate partners for potential opportunities or areas for internal development.
  • Maintain accurate records of all account activity within CRM systems
  • Create an effective working relationship with the Premier Account Management team to deliver excellent and efficient service to clients, and effective program implementations.
  • Ensure a smooth hand over of clients to the Premier Account Management Team once their growth opportunities have been fully exploited.
  • Provide weekly activity highlights and monthly reports to the business detailing sales results and forthcoming activity.
  • Attend and contribute to regular account update meetings.
  • Support the development of efficiencies in key account targeting, approach and growth opportunities; in collaboration with the Head of Account Management and Premier Accounts Team members.

Job Offer

Basic Salary up to £48,000 plus OTE
