BASE £30,000 – £36,000 + TAILORED COMMISSION + OTE £78K++

One of the UK’s strongest players in the burgeoning Oil & Gas Recruitment arena is now looking to add an additional team in the Power sector. Part of a larger Group, this is an autonomous company specialising in the Oil & Gas Recruitment scene for over 5 years. They are Preferred Suppliers to many of the world’s major movers & shakers and have ample scope for further expansion. As an employer they provide superb working conditions, with excellent offices, sophisticated IT systems, highly efficient back office functions and ongoing training & personal development. The atmosphere is upbeat and very sociable, encouraged by regular team building activities. The company is led by hands-on Directors who give clear direction and guidance with honesty and appreciation, but without onerous micro-management.

As Account Manager, you will be servicing one of our clients main accounts. The relationship is warm, though you will need to establish your own rapport as you start to develop this national account.
