Account Manager / Administrator

17k – 20k basic.Working hours 8:45am – 5pm

Insurance Company in Walthastow

Our client has now opened their 3rd office and requires an Account Manager / Administrator to join their successful team.

The role of the Account Manager / Administrator is to provide support to the Director and Managers, duties will include:

  1. Answer telephone calls and assist callers
  2. Collating information to update spreadsheets/databases etc
  3. Diary Management
  4. Typing correspondence
  5. Making tea/coffee

Account Manager / Administrator requirements:

  1. Polite & professional manner with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  2. Articulate communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work in a team environment and with clients/suppliers.
  3. Must have excellent written English as well as spoken.
  4. Well-organised, time efficient and flexible.
