Account Manager (Office Based)

We are recruiting for an Account Manager to join a fast-growing and leading national brand in North Bristol. Working within a busy dynamic team, you will have a track record of developing strong working relationships with existing customers via telephone and email.

This role would suit someone from a logistics, supply chain or account management background.

The job will involve:

  • To support the Country Manager & Logistics Specialists in all aspects of the account such as:
  • Planning a variety of different collections for the client in UK, Germany & Italy.
  • To look after Presenters, providing them with product information for their live shows.
  • Act as the main source of communication between the company and the client.
  • Working closely with Marketing & Product team on strict deadlines & forecasting product trends for bespoke collections.
  • Working closely with Supply Team in forecasting.
  • General administrative tasks as required to include:
  • Coordinating UK replacements
  • Raising packers/printers POs
  • Raising sample orders for presenters & QA
  • Spec cards preparation
  • Raising credits/RMAs

Desired Skills:

  • For the role you need an air of creativity; the ability to see trends and eye to see what works/looks well together.
  • Forecasting experiences would be useful and the ability to forward plan.
  • The ability to negotiate and be commercially minded.
  • Excellent customer service, establishing relationships with clients and communicating their goals and ideas with the rest of the team members.

This is initially a temporary role (3-4 months) paying £20,000 – £22,000. Onsite parking is available.
