Account Manager – IT Service Provider

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager to join a small, yet well-established IT Managed Service Provider in East Hampshire. They provide both IT and telecoms support to a vast range of clients across the UK of various different sizes and industries. They have ambitious growth plans for the coming years and are keen to evolve into a market-leader, they are seeking an ambitious and driven individual with real entrepreneurial spirit.

This is an exciting brand new hybrid style role; you will be responsible for managing relationships with existing customers and suggesting upselling and cross selling where appropriate. You will also have some responsibility of building your own pipeline; this will include generating new business from various sales methods (the clients database, social media, networking events etc.). This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to join a business at a key stage of growth and play an integral part of their sales function.

Requirements:

-Previous experience working in an account management style role, ideally within the IT Services/Managed Service Provider industry

-Posses up to date knowledge of business technology (Microsoft, Apple, Citrix)

-Have exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

-Have strong organisational skills and an understanding of sales administration

-Hold a UK drivers license as you will be required to attend client meetings

Flexible working, work from home up to 3 days per week, hours are Monday – Friday (08:30 – 17:30)

Paying £30,000 – £36,000 PA with an achievable OTE of circa £45k plus standard company benefits. They are a small team with a welcoming and friendly culture.
