Account Manager – HCM, Talent Management Solutions- London

To £80,000 base plus £100,000 OTE uncapped, plus £6,000 Travel / Car allowance.

This acknowledged industry leader within the HCM space is looking to hire a high performing, entrepreneurial Account Manager, ideally with a Talent Management Solutions background to build out a new team based in London.

My client is looking for a sales professional with demonstrable experience of exceeding their revenue objectives within an assigned territory, someone who is excellent at account planning, territory planning, researching prospect customers, using business development techniques and field-based sales activities.

The ideal candidate will be degree educated (2:1 or above) and will come from a Talent Management Solutions or Human Capital Management (HCM) background.

You will demonstrate a wealth of success and a proven track record of developing and closing sales opportunities within an assigned territory, together experience of managing complex, talent management solution sales with a 6 month to 12 month purchasing cycle at executive management and C level.

A proven “hunter”, with honed new business sales skills for identifying, developing and closing new business, you will demonstrate a consistent history of over-achievement of quarterly/annual sales quotas
