Account Manager – Food & Drink Supplier

Cute Resource Solutions are delighted to be working with a very well known UK based food & drink supplier, who due to a record breaking 2015 campaign, organic business growth, new business partnerships and additional account wins, are now looking to expand further and seek an experienced Account Manager to help grow the Surrey region.

About the role

As a Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of building the strategic plans to achieve my clients goals and from there have full accountability for achieving them. Relationships here are key and you’ll enjoy both proactively managing existing relationships and working closely with your customers as well as identifying new business opportunities in your area. You’ll have coverage across National and Regional Pub Groups/Brewers and Independent Free Trade customers to ensure client satisfaction.

My client understands that each of their customers are unique and have different requirements, so you’ll be using both your sales expertise and your ability to build relationships to make recommendations on what products they should stock, inform them of new and exciting campaigns they can expect to see from you and generally make sure that all of our brands are being represented in the best possible way they can be.

To be successfully considered for this role, you’ll need to be able to successfully demonstrate commercial negotiation, trading and sales experience ideally developed in an FMCG environment within On Trade accounts. You’ll be commercially savvy and confident developing relationships at all levels with solid literacy & numeracy skills.
