About the Role:
The purpose this role is to be an integral member of a team responsible for the servicing of a range of clients whilst directing and growing their OOH business.
The Account Manager will help oversee and coach Account Executives in the team and reports into an Account Director.
You are expected to collaborate and share learning and experiences with the wider Planning department and to contribute to Kinetic as an active member of the business.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Assist the Account Director in developing and managing the relationship with agency, client and media owner contacts
Assist in promoting company offering to clients and agencies and to identify ways of driving more revenue
Developing effective OOH solutions across the portfolio of clients and agencies
Look at new ways to improve the quality and creativity of the way clients are serviced
Work with their team to ensure they are delivering effective OOH solutions for clients
Develop a thorough understanding of all proprietary and industry tools and systems and train others where applicable
Have a good understanding of clients’ business, their industry and the competitive landscape
Undertake competitive analysis
Collate production requirements for teams
Prepare post-campaign analysis
Ensure that Account Executives are delivering to deadline
Identify any potential client issues and resolve and escalate as appropriate
Present quarterly updates and new insights to agencies and clients
Develop strong relationships with key agencies, clients and media owners
Grow industry knowledge through internal training programmes
Attend media owner presentations
Develop thorough understanding of all planning tools, templates and systems and help train Account Executives
Update internal databases as required
Work with the Account Director and Group Account Director in the development of annual business plans
Involvement in non-account work i.e. internal working parties, forums etc
Undertake and assist with internal recruitment requirements as required
