An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Account Manager (agency side) looking for a fast paced and challenging role in the Brentwood area.

The main purpose of the role is to act as the key interface between the client and agency on assigned accounts, developing a one to one relationship with clients, providing total client support and service. To provide and pursue new business opportunities with existing and new clients and provide professional advice to clients on all aspects of marketing communications, from strategy to delivery.

Key duties and responsibilities:

Client contact
Manage client expectations in terms of delivery
Manage client presentations of work and approvals at each stage
Manage all client meetings and presentations
Ensure status reports are updated and issued regularly
Write briefs
Agree estimate and timing plans with Project Manager
Brief work in to creative
Work closely with the Project Managers to ensure seamless communications of client requirements.
Ultimately responsible for delivery of work on time, on brief and on budget.
Develop a long-term relationship with clients by personal contact.
To manage the drive for ‘additional business’ from existing clients.
To ensure the agency exceeds client expectations

The key skills and experience required for this role are;

Proven current or recent experience working in an account management role within an agency
Digital experience including web based and applications
Ideally experience of the automotive sector
Valid driving licence
