Remote Working

My client is looking for an experienced account manager to manage new clients with their onboarding and any future sales from upselling and cross selling. You will have the experience to building strong commercial relationships. You must also have proven skills in customer (B2B) negotiations/account management and working towards KPI’s and targets.

This is a remote home working position, a laptop, IT support and a headset will be supplied

Key responsibilities;

• Onboard a portfolio of new clients and also manage the renewal process for existing clients
• Provide excellent and professional customer service at all times developing and achieving optimum profitability.
• Maintain a portfolio of clients, upselling and cross selling new products
• Building fantastic rapport with all customers

Skills and experience required:

• Previous account manager experience
• Proven skills in customer (B2B) negotiations
• Proven skills in upselling and cross selling
• Proven experience of high-level communications/sales.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A strong team player.
• The ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands
• Strong numerical and analytic skills.
• Experience user of MS Office including Excel
