Responsibilities

Through induction the successful Account Manager will have an in-depth knowledge of the Client’s business and the sector in which they operate whilst building and maintaining strong Client relationships.

You will be Accountable for ensuring that creative work presented to the clients is to quality, time and cost and be responsible for day to day budget management, monitoring all job costs.

At the same time you will be required to maintain up to date knowledge of all aspects of marketing – including new media, techniques and research tools.

Skills

• Previous agency experience essential along with a solid understanding of advertising and marketing
• Exceptional telephone sales and customer service skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Willingness to travel in the UK and abroad.
