Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 per year

I am looking for a full time Key Account Manager for a role based in Luton Bedfordshire on a permanent basis

An exciting new position that would suit a professional, hardworking account manager looking for an opportunity to earn a great commission package

Job Spec

Maintain, develop and increase levels of business from selected accounts for the group
Establish and develop relationships at both management and consultant level
Increase awareness of the Group and report on potential avenues of business for the group
Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information, maintaining accurate client records using company databases and other formats
Liaise with contractors team to debrief them on agency change, sales campaigns
Develop referral; process in order to increase speed of registration and efficiency
Maintain accurate up to date intelligence on the in-house systems
Establish a consistent service plan for recruitment business including face to face meetings and training sessions agreed
Motivate agencies to utilise the Group services through use of exemplary customer services
Create a network of contacts in order to maximise potential business leads
Network within business communities to build business leads and cross sell where possible
Attend company functions and events as necessary
