ACCOUNT MANAGER

Salary: £26,000per yearote £18,000

(This role increases to £18,000 basic ote £21,000)

HOURS Monday – Thursday 9.15am – 5.15pm 4.00pm finish on a Friday

The Job

There is great potential to progress in this role through your own success, moving into a more senior level on a basic Salary: £26,000c ote £21,000. Or move into a new business development role where your salary would increase again with the potential to earn over £30,000 in the second and third year.

This is a great job with a prestigious brand for someone wanting a true Account Management role. You will be responsible for a portfolio of accounts including existing customers and lapsed customers. You will be calling and asking how they are getting on using a particular product, how is it working for them. Fact finding to see what other products they could use. Looking at what they may have used in the past, finding out how that product worked and suggesting other products they could be interested in.

There are 500 product lines that could be offered (however you wouldn’t be expected to know them all in great detail but would build your knowledge of what can be supplied).

For this role you need to have been in a position where you have sold previously either business to business or business to consumer. This can be in telesales or account management or up-selling to incoming customers for at least 9 months.
