Client Account Executive
Salary: £26,000 per year+ Bonus + Company Car + Excellent Additional Benefits

Our client is looking to recruit a highly skilled and professional individual to join their Business Development team within an Account Executive role. This is a key position requiring excellent face to face client liaison and presentation skills with the following duties:

• Being a key point of contact for clients on an ongoing basis, being proactive in the level of support provided to them
•Resolving client queries within agreed timescales
•Maximising sales opportunities, attending and leading client meetings to present to clients on different product ranges or conducting service reviews
•Taking responsibility for your individual performance against agreed budgets and
targets
•Generating high quality Management Information and providing to Management internally, analysing client spend and other related information
•Managing the CRM system, keeping it updated with client information
•Associated administrative tasks.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a highly professional and highly successful organisation. Ideally, you will be a Graduate with some exposure to working within a client focused role, perhaps within Recruitment or a similar Account Management or Senior Customer Service role, looking for a change. This is not a cold sales role but working with existing clients being proactive in your communication to maximise client spend.

You must have the following:

•Excellent communication skills and be able to present to clients with experience of
leading client meetings
•Professional in your approach, focused and highly motivated to achieve
•Excellent IT skills including strong knowledge of MS Excel to provide management
information
•Good administration and numeracy skills
•Excellent attention to detail
•Able to analyse data
•A strong team player
