Salary: £27,600 – £31,200 per year

Account Manager
£23 – 26K (£35K OTE)

We have a fantastic Business to Business account management role with great opportunity for career growth and earning potential. You will be working for one of the fastest growing software companies in the UK. With the addition of new clients they require an Account Manager to assist in managing the client relationship to ensure that our clients receive outstanding after-sales support, enabling them to maximise the ROI from the product.

Job Duties:

Proactive management of a portfolio of circa 200 client accounts
Provision of new-user training and set- up of client reporting requirements

Up-sell and cross sell additional services to customers
Regular contact with clients to ensure optimal portal performance and provide assistance in their lead nurturing techniques as required.
Provision of technical support and assistance throughout the contract life-time
Development and maintenance of strong customer relationships via telephone and email.
Negotiation and management of the contract renewal process
Identification and development of new business opportunities within the client base
Administrative work as required (database management, contract administration etc.)

Skills:

Superb communication skills- both written and verbal
A dedication to account management and outstanding customer care
A proactive, `common-sense` approach to business
Strong business acumen, giving you the ability to understand client`s business and products
An excellent understanding of the sales process, allowing you to advise your clients on tips for success in lead nurturing
A tenacious, determined and persuasive approach to client relationship building
Superb time management and organisational skills
This role will suit someone with proven account management and sales experience, preferably across a larger client base.
